Terms of sale.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you place it. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, a stock discrepancy — we cancel it and refund any advance payment in full.

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Stock is finite and shown live on each product page. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it — the bag is re-priced and re-checked against stock at checkout, and the order belongs to whoever completes payment first.

You can cancel any order before it is handed to the courier — message us with the order number. After delivery, the seven-day return window applies. See the returns page for the process.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately at hello@impero.com.bd if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and disputes fall to the courts of Dhaka. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
