Impero Bangladesh is the data controller for this website. Contact hello@impero.com.bd with any data question, including a request to erase your account.

• Account data — name, email address and a hashed password. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never readable by us.
• Order data — delivery address, contact details and what you bought. Required to fulfil the contract.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Marketing data — your email address, only if you subscribe. One click removes it.

Order and account data are processed to fulfil your order. Marketing email is sent only with your consent. Delivery partners receive your name, address and phone number because a parcel cannot arrive without them.

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and store your bag and wishlist in your browser's local storage so they survive a refresh. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers are set by this site.

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where it forms part of an order record. Newsletter data is removed immediately on unsubscribe.

You may ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email us and we respond inside one calendar month. Complaints can be raised with the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP).
