Returns & exchanges.

1. WhatsApp or email us on 01700-000000 with your order number and what you are sending back.
2. We confirm the return address and, inside Dhaka, arrange a pickup rider.
3. Repack the garment with tags attached and hand it to the rider or send it by courier.
4. bKash and Nagad refunds are sent within three working days of the parcel reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash to the number on the order.

We exchange for a different size in the same style, stock permitting. Tell us the size you need when you request the return and we hold it for seven days. Inside Dhaka the rider can bring the new size and collect the old one in one trip.

• Garments worn outside, washed, altered or scented.
• Items returned after the seven-day window without prior agreement.
• Items with tags removed.

A manufacturing fault is covered for six months from purchase, regardless of wear. Send a photograph with your order number and we will repair, replace or refund — your choice. This sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
