Orders confirmed before 4pm on a working day are handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed on Friday or a public holiday go out the next working day.
We call the number on your order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after two attempts across two days, the order is held rather than sent out.
Steadfast and Pathao inside Dhaka, RedX and Sundarban for district deliveries. You receive the consignment number by SMS as soon as the parcel is picked up.
Orders are paid before dispatch by Bangla QR, bKash or Nagad. Scan or send the exact total, submit the transaction ID at checkout, and we verify it — usually within an hour during working days — before the parcel is picked up.
You may open the parcel and check size and colour in front of the rider. If it is wrong, hand it straight back — we refund to the number you paid from within three working days.
Hartal, flooding and Eid rush all push timelines out, and we will tell you as soon as we know. If a parcel has not moved for five working days, message us and we will either resend or refund in full.
