How does Impero fit?

Hoodies and tees are cut boxy with a slightly dropped shoulder — true to size for the intended look, or one size down if you want it close. Joggers are a regular taper, true to size, breaking once over the shoe.

I am between sizes. Which do I take?

Take the smaller size in hoodies and tees, the larger in joggers. The fabric is dense and will not stretch out with wear.

Will it shrink?

All fabric is pre-shrunk and garment-washed. Cold wash and line dry and you will see no meaningful change. Tumble drying on high will shrink any heavyweight cotton.

What does 480gsm actually mean?

Grams per square metre — the weight of the fabric. A typical market hoodie is 280–320gsm. Ours is 480gsm brushed loopback, which is why it holds structure on the shoulder instead of collapsing.

Where is it made?

Chattogram, in an OEKO-TEX® certified facility that also produces for established international labels. Design and fit approval happen at our Dhaka studio.

Do you restock sold-out sizes?

Sometimes. Drops are made in fixed runs, so a sold-out size returns only if the piece earns a second production run. Join the list to hear first.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka it is 1–2 working days, outside Dhaka 2–4. Delivery is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 elsewhere, free on orders over ৳5,000.

How do I track my order?

Signed-in customers can see every order under their account. Guest orders can be looked up with an order number and email address on the order lookup page.
